my architect. a son`s journey.

The documentary film `My Architect` is about a journey tracing one of the leading architects of the 20th century, animated by the very human desire of a son who never really got to know his father. It is about Louis I. Kahn who died in 1974 on his journey back from Bangladesh in the toilet of Penn Station in New york. That´s when the film starts. Following the wish to understand and find his roots, Nathaniel Kahn gives us a lift along a the places his father passed and created, ending up in the unmissable Capital Complex in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
