With the following posts I´d like show the diversity of architectural practice. As I often get confronted with the opinion, that studying architecture starts with building houses and ends with the process of building houses, the upcoming results will hopefully present some alternatives to an obsolete view, that`s promoting the rather conservative ambition of  the more or less  ‘star architect’, while disregarding the decrease of resources, which are imperative to building houses.
The works to be shown present the results of a research lab, named ‘Informal Markets‘, which is located at the Institute of Art and Design at University of Technology in Vienna under the direction of Prof. Dr. Peter Mörtenböck. It´s part of the ‘ visual culture unit ‘ you can do within the MBA studies of architecture.
