HvE (II)

Since the launch of his label Herr von Eden, Mr. Jensen has been arranging his creativity around the suit as a main part of his collections.
The suit has been the one and only male uniform since the beginning of the 19th century. In opposite to women`s fashion it did not reply to any changes of fashion trends..(find out more in: Barbara Vinken (1994), Mode nach der Mode. Kleid und Geist am Ende des 20. Jahrhunderts., Fischer Verlag, Frankfurt M.) I like viewing the development of variances in each of the collections and of course am fan of the women`s suits – as even at the beginning of the 21st century, it seems to be unusual to serve male dress codes as a woman. Just have a look at the mainstream to get a proof.
